Job Title : Reliever Operator – ETP/STP/WTP/ZLD RO Plant Location : South Tamil Nadu (Multiple Sites) Experience : Minimum 2 Years Employment Type : Full-time, Field-based Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reliever Operator for our Water and Wastewater Treatment operations across South Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP) , and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) RO Systems . This is a mobile role requiring travel and on-site shift coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities : Operate and monitor ETP, STP, WTP, and ZLD RO plants as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure proper functioning of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, membranes, and other plant equipment. Maintain optimal plant parameters (pH, TDS, DO, MLSS, flow rates, etc.). Conduct routine checks, record plant readings, and report abnormalities. Perform minor troubleshooting and assist in preventive and corrective maintenance. Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper dosing as per requirement. Travel to assigned locations in South Tamil Nadu as a reliever for absent or additional manpower needs. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. Maintain logs, reports, and documentation as per regulatory and company guidelines.
