We operate through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, enabling sustainable, city-level transformation by aligning the efforts of government, corporates, and civil society. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and community-driven Outreach Coordinator for our upcoming Lighthouse Centre in Lucknow . The Outreach Coordinator will be the face of the program within local communities, responsible for youth mobilization, trust-building, and ensuring youth engagement throughout their learning and career journey. Key Responsibilities: Mobilize youth (ages 18–35) from slum and low-income communities in and around Lucknow. Build strong relationships with youth and their families to spread awareness of the Lighthouse program and its benefits. Proficient in MS Office; experience with GIS mapping is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local dialects . Empathy, adaptability, and the ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work in field settings.
