TGT English Teacher (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English language and literature lessons, developing students' reading, writing, and communication skills, and promoting a lifelong appreciation for the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, and literary analysis.
• Use relevant technology to support instruction.
• Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Provide appropriate feedback on students’ work.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
• Identify students’ learning needs and adapt teaching methods and materials accordingly.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
