Identify training needs for team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. 6. Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers. Track contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability. 7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to facilities and real estate. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
