The ideal candidate will have excellent MS Excel skills and strong communication abilities in both English and Hindi. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of client servicing, documentation, data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Policy Management & Processing: Coordinate with insurance providers and clients for policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements. Maintain accurate records of client policies and investment portfolios. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of KYC and other regulatory documents. Follow up on missing documentation and compliance requirements. Data Handling & Reporting: Maintain, update, and manage large datasets in Excel. Generate MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards as required by the management.
