The role includes accurate invoice preparation in accordance with GST norms, proactive follow-up on client payments, MIS reporting, and ensuring compliance with both internal processes and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1.Invoice Preparation and Submission: Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on client contracts, ensuring full GST compliance. Attach relevant compliance documents (attendance sheets, statutory compliance proofs) to all invoices. Follow up with clients for timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs). Maintain records of all submitted invoices with client acknowledgments. Assist field officers in bill submission as per client requirements; may involve visiting client sites to resolve issues. 2.Management Information System (MIS) Reporting: Compile and analyze MIS reports such as: Invoice Generation vs. Submission Outstanding Payment Tracker and Follow-ups 3.Client Coordination and Follow-Ups: Follow up regularly with clients for outstanding payments and PO collection.
