Job Description: As a Cluster Coordinator for our ICT project, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of ICT initiatives within assigned clusters. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to: Project Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Implementation: Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure the timely and effective deployment of ICT infrastructure and solutions. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote digital literacy and skill development within the cluster community. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders. Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders through regular meetings and reports. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of ICT interventions. Conduct regular monitoring visits to cluster sites to assess project implementation and address any issues or concerns. Capacity Building: Identify training needs and opportunities for capacity building among cluster members, including both technical and non-technical skills. Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the target audience. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and outcomes. Prepare comprehensive progress reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: MBA/MCA/M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc(IT) Proven 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the field of ICT or community development. Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, technologies, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
