Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Real Estate (Female Candidates Only) We are seeking a dynamic and personable female Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a seamless home-buying experience, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for our duplex and triplex residential projects. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions post lead generation. Handle customer inquiries, provide property details, and conduct project walkthroughs (site visits). Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, site engineering) to ensure timely updates and issue resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.
