Designation – Site Supervisor (Civil) Job Location – Tilaiya, Jharkhand (Project Dependant) Role Description We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Site Supervisor (Civil) in Floatex Solar Pvt Ltd, working under the Site Engineer (Civil) to fulfil the execution of the project. Key Responsibilities Area Responsible for the supervision and coordination of site construction activities with the sub-vendor & its workforce. Discuss with Site Engineer (Civil) and plan daily, weekly and monthly construction work. Review and explain the civil construction drawings to the workforce Assign the construction activities among the workforce to optimise the construction outcomes. Monitor the work progress of the construction workforce Identify the gaps which can improve the efficiency of the workforce. Advise the policy which can increase the output and efficiency of the system. Monitor the construction material consumption & provide the information to the site engineer (civil) to avoid any shortage of materials. Prepare DPR Coordinate with Site Engineer (Civil Quality) for RFI clearance Co-ordinate with Site Engineer (Civil Quality) for rectification of civil works if required. Ensure timely casting and curing of the construction. Maintain good relationships with the local representatives of the clients throughout the project. Conduct daily briefings to Site Engineer (Civil) & Site In charge. Ensure that the site construction activities run to schedule and proactively identify the bottlenecks and look for the solution to avoid the delay and time loss. Qualification Bachelor’s in civil engineering graduate with 0-2 years ’ experience in civil construction (solar/ floating solar preferred) project execution . OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years ’ experience in civil construction (solar/ floating solar preferred) project execution . Ability to review engineering drawings, and prepare BBS, BOQ.
