Job Title: Project Manager – Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Location: Jaunpur District, Uttar Pradesh (covering 18 Gram Panchayats) Project: Jal Jeevan Mission – Rural Drinking Water Supply Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractual Reporting To: District Coordinator / Executive Engineer (PHED) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission in 18 Gram Panchayats of Jaunpur. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of piped water supply schemes as per JJM guidelines, ensuring community participation, quality compliance, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the planning and execution of all project components under JJM in the assigned 18 GPs. Coordinate with government departments (PHED, District Administration, PRI, etc.) for smooth project implementation. Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; ensure adherence to them. Supervise contractors, site engineers, and field teams; ensure quality control and timely work progress. Conduct regular field visits for inspection and monitoring. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and MIS data entry as per JJM norms.
