Monitor household tap connections and ensure sustainability of water sources. Resolve project-level challenges and escalate major issues to higher authorities. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Project Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in rural water supply or infrastructure projects; preference for prior work under JJM or similar government schemes. Strong understanding of government project implementation processes, especially rural development projects. Experience in managing field teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Skills Required: Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication (Hindi & English).
