KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plant Annual Budget Opex -and Capex: Develop and manage the plant's annual operating (Opex) and capital expenditure (Capex) budgets. Monitor monthly and quarterly budget performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Exposure of New plant project accounting and Capital project financial feasibility evaluation ie Calculation of NPV, IRR and Pay -back period etc. Play Business partner role in optimization of Operation Overheads budgeting and Capital Expenditure budgeting through validation of quotations etc. Monthly MIS Reports and Variance Analysis: Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures and recommend corrective actions. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing along with Statutory compliances of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax and Statutory Audit compliances.
