Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all accounting records (Tally ERP or equivalent) including ledgers, vouchers, journals, and reconciliation statements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements Monitor and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliances Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and distributor accounts regularly Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking, budgeting, and inventory management Manage vendor payments, collections, receivables aging, and follow-up on overdue accounts Support statutory, internal, and tax audits and handle all audit queries Ensure proper documentation for input tax credit, credit notes, and invoice compliance Supervise junior accountants and provide training, guidance, and task allocation Liaise with CA, consultants, and government authorities for financial and legal compliance Assist management in financial planning, cost control, and internal controls improvement Key Skills Required:Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (advanced), and accounting software Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and company laws Experience in inventory and stock accounting Ability to handle multi-branch accounting and inter-branch reconciliations Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines Qualifications & Experience:B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter / CMA preferred but not mandatory) Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in a product-based or electronics company Experience in handling manufacturing, import/export documentation, and project-based billing is a plus

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in CCTV, Access Control Systems, and other security product solutions, specifically in distribution and channel sales. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, dealers, and channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach. Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Manage and nurture existing channel relationships to achieve sales targets. Promote and sell CCTV, Access Control Systems, and related security products in the assigned territory. Conduct product presentations and demos to partners and key decision-makers. Ensure regular follow-ups for lead conversion and order closures. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product availability, logistics, and after-sales support. Track competitor activity and report market intelligence to the management. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events to promote the brand and products.
