We are looking for dedicated and passionate UPSC aspirants to be part of our educational team. The ideal candidate should have appeared for the UPSC Mains Examination and possess a strong understanding of academic and administrative responsibilities in an education environment The role involves contributing to UPSC preparation programs, assisting in academic coordination, and supporting other aspirants in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students about UPSC (CSE) exam structure, syllabus, and preparation strategy
• Guide aspirants in selecting appropriate courses, test series, and study plans
• Handle student queries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Support admissions and enrollment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to counsel, motivate, and build trust with students

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience working in a UPSC coaching institute
• UPSC aspirant or prior attempt experience
