Candidates must be proficient in managing complex commissioning operations such as steam blowing , lube and seal oil flushing , SCCW system commissioning , hydrogen gas filling/purging , and full generator readiness procedures. Key Responsibilities: Turbine Commissioning: Execute complete steam turbine commissioning activities (Subcritical, Supercritical & Ultra-Supercritical units). Conduct steam blowing of main and auxiliary steam lines, evaluate target plates, and ensure pipeline cleanliness. Perform lube oil flushing of turbine bearings and control systems as per NAS/ISO cleanliness standards. Supervise governing system logic checks, actuator stroking, and turbine rolling preparations. Monitor critical parameters during turbine first rolling, including axial displacement, vibration, and temperature rise. Support coupling alignment, turning gear operation, barring system functionality, and thermal growth observations. Generator Commissioning: Commission the Seal Oil System, including flushing, pressure control, and interlock verification. Manage SCCW (Stator Coil Cooling Water) system commissioning, including pump operation, flow regulation, conductivity checks, and interlocks. Coordinate Air-to-CO₂ and CO₂-to-H₂ gas purging using standard OEM safety protocols. Handle H₂ gas filling for generator cooling, maintaining gas purity, pressure regulation, and gas leak checks. Oversee the fabrication of pressure and non-pressure components for supercritical, subcritical, biomass, and CFB boilers. Should have knowledge of structure & beam fabrication Supervise both unionized and contract workmen to ensure efficient manufacturing within specified timeframes and allocated resources. Prioritize safety, quality (First-Time Right), and housekeeping (5S) initiatives. Leverage knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency. Coordinate activities across various service departments, including outsourcing, quality control, and welding. Familiarity with welding processes such as SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW, along with an understanding of different welding defects. Troubleshoot issues related to bending, distortion correction, and plasma cutting. Embrace the continuous improvement philosophy of Kaizen. Proficiency in SAP and general computer operations.

This is the TAR form for CA Candidate recruited t. The candidate will be posted in the indirect tax cell of Power IC (which is also overseeing the requirements of Offshore business) for one year. He/She will get trained on indirect tax matters and will thereafter independently manage indirect tax compliances of green energy business including filing of returns, availment of ITC, providing inputs to business teams on various indirect tax matters, recent developments in indirect taxes, advance rulings and court decisions, attending to various audit requirements etc. He/She will also be responsible for issuing guidelines on GST and other indirect tax matters to business stakeholders, making periodic presentations to management on indirect tax matters. He/she will also be responsible for providing inputs to financial reporting team on reporting on indirect tax matters under contingency liabilities, wherever applicable.

Assistant to the Head of Manufacturing will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, and seamless execution of key tasks. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Head of Manufacturing. Organize and arrange customer and vendor visits, ensuring all logistical and other aspects are handled efficiently. Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for key meetings. Communication & Follow-Ups: Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers for smooth coordination. Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain confidential documents and records related to manufacturing and operations. Generate reports and dashboards using MS Office and SAP. Power BI knowledge is an advantage. Assist in preparing business presentations and performance reports for management. Confidentiality & Decision Support: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Support decision-making by providing relevant data, insights, and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. 4-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Working knowledge of Power BI (preferred but not mandatory). Fluency in Hindi and English (written and verbal). Prior exposure to a factory environment is a plus. Preferred Qualities: Experience in coordinating with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
