Experiment with emerging platforms and content formats (Reels, Threads, Shorts, etc.). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands. Proven success in growing and managing social media accounts. Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.). Proficiency with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later. Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing skills. Experience in paid social media campaigns. Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
