The ideal candidate should have a good balance of design creativity and execution knowledge. Key Responsibilities:1. Design & Space Planning Understand client requirements and develop detailed layout plans. Create 2D/3D visualizations, mood boards, and concept presentations. Plan spatial arrangements to maximize utility and aesthetics. 2. False Ceiling Design (Gypsum, Grid, POP, Stretch Ceilings, etc.) Design aesthetic and functional false ceiling layouts for residential and commercial spaces. Incorporate lighting elements (LED strips, spotlights, chandeliers, cove lighting) into the ceiling design. Prepare working drawings with levels, material specifications, and lighting cutouts. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during ceiling framework and installation. Ensure structural safety and MEP integration above ceiling level. 3.
