Supervise day-to-day interior site work ( electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, etc.) Coordinate with designers, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and clients. Read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. Monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of work as per schedule. Quality control of workmanship and materials used. Maintain site reports, checklists, and daily progress logs. Manage labour and resolve site-level issues proactively. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and material stock on-site. Report daily updates and escalate delays or design changes when needed. Attend site meetings with clients and internal teams.
