Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and range of motion, to develop personalized treatment plans. Apply various treatments such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and massage techniques to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Educate patients and their families on how to manage and prevent physical conditions, including home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications. Track patients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide regular updates to the healthcare team. Provide caring, compassionate, and patient-focused care to all patients. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes. Advise patients on strategies to prevent injuries and manage chronic conditions effectively. Promote a healthy lifestyle and physical activity to improve overall patient health and well-being. Ensure that all treatments and practices comply with Omega-PRK Hospital’s policies and medical standards.
