Medical Lab Technician, MLT

• Identify required samples as per prescription and collect sample for all diagnosis.
• Document and produce acknowledgement of the received samples.
• Segregate samples and distribute them to respective departments.
• Maintain quality of the samples & follow safety procedures as per protocols.
• Assist in imparting patient education both pre and post sample collection.
• Understanding of Lab Medicine tests, terminologies and procedures.
• Understanding of laboratory quality, safety and pre-analytical procedures/protocols.
• Understanding of laboratory instruments (operation, adjustment and maintenance).
• Quality and Safety compliance
• Flexible to accept and support if additional or changes in roles & responsibilities as per Management decision.
• Education: BSc / Diploma Lab Technician
• Experience: 02 to 07+yrs from relevant field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,950.00 per month

Proficiency in operating fully automatic analyzers
Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology preferably in fully automated environments.
