Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure proficiency and effective utilisation of the ERP system. Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Manage data entry processes, conduct regular audits to identify and correct errors, and generate customised reports to provide insights for decision-making. Customisation & Integration: Assist in customising ERP modules and features to fit specific business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with existing applications and data sources. Vendor Management: Work with ERP vendors for support, issue resolution, and contract management. IT Infrastructure & Support: Network & System Administration: Analyse, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems (LAN, WAN), servers, and other data communications networks. Perform network maintenance to ensure minimal interruption. Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware as needed, ensuring compatibility and data security. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
