Entity Registration & Regulatory Matters: Assist in the incorporation and registration of LLPs and Companies under MCA guidelines. Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and compliance regulations. Key Requirements: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in payroll management and compliance handling. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory requirements. Hands-on experience with payroll software and Excel. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Immediate availability will be preferred.
