Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the MEP sector. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the assigned regions. Manage key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction. o Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with clients and stakeholders. o Drive business growth by leveraging market insights and technical expertise. o Oversee project sales cycles from lead generation to project completion. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. o Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. o Should b able to handle customers o Excellent communication skills o Architecture industry background preferred. o Should be able to attend and manage calls related to new business opportunities professionally Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
