Job Description

About the Role:

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly.
Maintain high food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 to
5 years
of experience in
QSR / Fast Food / Restaurant Management
.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic financial and analytical skills (P&L, budgeting, etc.).
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
