Job responsibilities

Customer acquisition
: Proactively source and open new current and savings accounts (CASA).
Sales and target achievement
: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for account acquisition and a range of products like term deposits, credit/debit cards, insurance, and mutual funds.
Customer relationship management
: Manage business relations with existing customers through cross-selling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team management
: Manage a team to achieve sales targets.
Marketing and outreach
: Conduct local marketing activities and travel to meet potential customers.
Compliance and administrative tasks
: Adhere to all mandatory compliance and KYC norms, complete required certifications, and update customer interactions in the bank's CRM system.
Product promotion
: Promote and sell other banking products, including insurance, mortgages, and investment products.
