Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production Operations team
The role encompasses responsibilities across Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Tube Filling Operations, Production, and Packing Ideal candidates are passionate about product quality and efficient manufacturing practices, and thrive in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant environment

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC):

Perform in-process and final quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal SOPs Maintain accurate records of testing results and deviations Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues

Tube Filling Operator / Production:

Operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic tube filling machinery
Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot filling equipment as needed Ensure consistent product filling volumes, sealing integrity, and visual aesthetics Monitor batch processing and maintain documentation

Packing:

Execute packing of finished goods per standard packing guidelines
Inspect packaging quality and labelling accuracy Support secondary packaging and boxing activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

Required Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716, and cosmetic industry compliance standards
Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery Basic understanding of QA/QC documentation and reporting Knowledge of batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR)

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
Strong teamwork and communication abilities Time management and ability to work under deadlines Adaptability and a proactive attitude

Education / Certifications:

Minimum: Diploma / ITI / B
Sc / B Pharm / M Sc in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or relevant discipline Preferred: Training or certification in GMP, QA/QC, or Production Operations

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience in cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Freshers with relevant educational background and strong learning orientation are also encouraged to apply
