JOB TITLE SHIFT SUPERVISOR

• Execute the production plan and optimising the resources needed for that.
• Prioritise safety over production

TASKS :

• 
  To continuously monitor all the equipments and identify any problems & take action to eliminate them
• Ensure smooth running of all the equipments.
• Manage daily production schedules - To check and maintain raw material availability for each batch in coordination with production manager.
• To co-ordinate with the operators and ensure the product quality, quantity and the batch cycle time as per set norms.
• To ensure that all process & safety parameters are strictly followed (Process Control).
• To maintain the pollution norms with in specified limits
• To coordinate with engineering department for the problems related to plant occurred during shift
• To be responsible for work permit
• To allocate Manpower for shift operations.
• Maximise the throughput and asset efficiency
• Timely completion of the Job card( Responsible for the entire Material Balance)
• Supervise the filling and Labelling operations and will be totally accountable for these operations
• Practice safe work habits in the shift operation( Tool Box Meeting , REX sharing etc)
• Minimise waste (time, products etc)
• Maintain Proper Shift communications, Daily Production Report & Idle time statistics
• Responsible for the entire Housekeeping of the Plant
