Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Video Editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator & Social Media Video Editor who can develop engaging digital content, shoot and edit videos, manage social media platforms, and build strong brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style edits, etc.).
• Edit and enhance raw footage with transitions, effects, music, text, and graphics.
• Manage content planning and posting on social media platforms.
• Develop creative video ideas, scripts, and concepts for brand promotions.
• Shoot videos using mobile/DSLR and maintain content quality.
• Repurpose long videos into short clips.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns.
• Stay updated with latest social trends, reels trends, and editing styles.
• Track performance metrics (reach, views, engagement) and optimize content.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of video editing software (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora).
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Creative mindset with trending content awareness.
• Good communication and storytelling ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with deadlines.

Education

• Any Graduate / BCA / BBA / Mass Media / Digital Marketing / Multimedia / Relevant field.

Preferred

• Experience in social media content creation
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva / Photoshop)
