Job Description

Role Overview

The Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing fixed assets, budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory incentives while ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the
Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
accurately.
Generate
asset codes
and ensure proper
capitalization
of assets as per accounting standards.
Handle
asset tagging
and periodic verification.
Prepare and submit
GST incentive applications
in accordance with State Government circulars and guidelines.
Assist in
financial preparation
, including reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
Prepare
annual budgets
and monitor budget utilization.
Perform
Budget vs. Actual variance analysis
and report deviations with explanations.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls.
Work on
SAP
for accounting entries, asset management, budgeting, and reporting.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
Finance & Accounts
fundamentals.
Experience with
Fixed Assets Accounting
and budgeting processes.
Understanding of
GST incentives
and government compliance requirements.
Proficiency in
SAP (preferably FI/AA modules)
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
