REX (Retail Execution Platform)

We are currently scaling our team to deliver on the product roadmap and are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join this journey.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the technical implementation of new features across the REX platform including its mobile application, API services, and back-office admin. You’ll bring creativity, technical acumen, and autonomy to a cross-functional team. You will also contribute directly to architectural decisions and the future direction of the platform’s modular evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end development of features across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
• Participate in architecture design discussions and technical planning.
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams to ensure product vision is translated into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Optimize and refactor existing code for performance, scalability, and clarity.
• Investigate and resolve production bugs and integration issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture.
• Learn and apply new technologies as needed to support the roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and relational databases (MySQL, SQLite, or MSSQL).
• Experience with Slim, Laravel, or other PHP frameworks.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile hybrid development.
• Proficiency in Git-based version control and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with templating engines (e.g., Twig, Blade, or Ractive).
• Ability to integrate with third-party APIs and services.
• Ability to work independently and within a globally distributed team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, curious mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Cordova or Electron for cross-platform app development.
• Exposure to Docker environments.
• Experience with the Go programming language is a plus.
• Prior work in sales automation, field force tools, or retail technology platforms is advantageous.
