Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

Design, configure, and deploy autonomous and assistive AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce Studio and Agentforce APIs.
Build agent skills including prompt logic, task flows, guardrails, and domain knowledge.
Implement Einstein Copilot extensions and integrate with the Einstein Trust Layer for secure AI interactions.

Salesforce Development

Develop custom logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs to support agent operations and user interactions.
Create scalable and reusable components aligned with Salesforce best practices

Data, Reporting & Insights

Set up data models, reports, and dashboards to help agents and managers track performance.
Maintain clean and structured data for smooth agent and customer service operations.

Integration & Technical Enhancements

Work on API-based integrations using Salesforce connectors or third-party tools.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
Support deployments, testing, and release management.

Support, Training & Documentation

Provide user support and training to help agents understand new features.
Create clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Follow Salesforce best practices and stay updated with new features.

Perferrred Certification-

Salesforce Certifications (L2 and above) and Certifications on Agentforce are plus.
