Role Overview

Business Development Manager / Leader

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Craft and execute targeted GTM strategies focused on GCCs and technology firms.
  • Identify and close high-potential accounts in IT, engineering, and digital transformation domains.
  • Drive revenue via staffing contracts, RPO solutions, and managed services.
  • Maintain a robust and predictable business pipeline.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders: HR Heads, TA Leaders, Procurement Teams.
  • Deliver strategic workforce solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding with delivery teams.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Define sales goals and performance KPIs.
  • Cultivate a hunter mindset across the BD team to accelerate deal closures.
  • Utilize CRM data, market trends, and sales insights to optimize GTM execution.

4. Strategic Partnerships

  • Build alliances with HR tech platforms, ATS/CRM providers, and industry bodies.
  • Leverage networks in HR and recruitment communities to amplify market reach.
  • Stay ahead of trends in hiring, talent mobility, and recruitment technology.

5. Leadership & Team Building

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing BD team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, client-centricity, and innovation.
  • Coach team members to scale strategic accounts and revenue impact.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 15+ years in business development, client acquisition, or enterprise sales within

    staffing, RPO, or talent solutions

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    GCC hiring

    and the

    technology recruitment landscape

    in India.
  • Strong network of decision-makers across IT, BFSI, and global enterprises.
  • Expertise in

    contracting, pricing

    , and enterprise sales negotiation.
  • Experience leading BD teams and executing

    consultative sales strategies

    .
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and lead generation tools.
  • Exceptional
