About the Role

We are hiring Career Counselors cum Administrators to mentor and guide trainees while handling administrative tasks. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, education, or counseling are welcome.

Requirements

• Graduation (any discipline)
• 0–2 years of experience
• Strong communication, counseling & mentoring skills
• Sales/education/training/counseling background preferred
• Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu (North-East languages a plus)
• Flexibility for rotational shifts & travel
• System proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
• Knowledge of Japanese language is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Counsel, mentor, and support students academically & personally
• Conduct soft skills sessions, interview & exam preparation guidance
• Manage trainee scheduling, reporting & record-keeping
• Coordinate with placement teams and ensure smooth training operations
• Ensure compliance with NAVIS guidelines and achieve “Zero Dropout” in batches
• Travel and extend working hours when required
