Present the opportunity clearly and guide decision-makers toward actionable steps. Develop a tailored strategy for each interaction, ensuring meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes. Build a strong knowledge base to address queries effectively and create influential relationships with candidates and their guardians. Counsel candidates with a balanced approach, emphasizing benefits and addressing concerns without aggressive selling tactics. Desired Candidate Profile: Proficiency in sales and building customer relationships. Good working knowledge of MS Office tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
