Job Description

Job Title:

Notice Period:

Key Responsibilities-

Design, develop, and maintain applications on the PEGA platform.
Build and support
Kafka integrations
for real-time data streaming.
Develop and maintain
Java components
required for integrations or utilities.
Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 production support.
Work with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Apply PEGA best practices in design, coding, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience-

5 to 7+ years
of hands-on experience
in PEGA
application development
Strong understanding of
PEGA PRPC
concepts: case management, flows, activities, agents, integrations.
PEGA CSSA certification is minimum.
Practical experience with
Kafka
(topics, producers, consumers).
Good knowledge of
Java
(basic development, debugging, integration).
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have

Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
