Qualifications: - BE/Diploma -Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Controls Conceptualization, BOM Selection, Reviews
2. Managing team of 2-4 members
3.Selection of Components PLC, VFD, servo, drives, sensors, switchgears, relays
4.Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Detail.
5.Basic Level of Human Safety devices like light curtains, area scanner, gate switch
6.Projects of conveyors/ Robot cells /SPM/ Understanding and review of electrical drawing 7.Preparation of List of makes and Architectures.
8.Preparation of Budget, Do and Preparation of Signoff documents
9.Preparation of functional analysis and Risk analysis
10.Review of Design Listing and Releases of CBO (Critical Bought out)
11.Work Allocation to Members Communication with Suppliers Meeting with Bought out suppliers CDRM / Software signoff meeting
12.Should update the time sheet regularly in the planning system, Should update the list of activities and task finished in the planning system, Should save all work on the designated location on the server everyday.
