Job Description

Preferred candidates who worked in audit firm with minimum of 4 years experience in the field of GST return data process, filing, facing GST audit and assessment.

Location - Vadapalani

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting GST related works

Generation of Reverse charge Invoices on monthly basis.
Verification of Sales daybook with General ledger
Verification of Purchase credit with ledger.
Availment of ITC and validation of eligible credit, payment made less than 180 days, recon GSTR-3B filed by vendors month-on-month.
Supporting activity on GST annual return filing
GSTR-2A/2B verification on monthly basis.
Reconciliation of IMS data with purchase report on monthly basis.
Consolidation of input tax credit register with categorization as per GSTR-3B & GSTR-9 table wise on monthly basis.
Hands-on experience in SAP user level.

Supporting activities on GST assessment& cases

arranging of documents and communication received from branch/region wise and retrieve as and when required.
Documents, invoices printout, segregation and filing work.

Supporting activities on Central Excise & Service Tax cases

Arranging of relevant documents and communication and retrieve files as and when required.
Documents, invoices printout, segregation and filing work.
