DocuSign Developer

Experience: 18 months to 8 years
Level PA / A / SA

Location: Hyderabad ,Bengalore,Chennai, Pune

About the Role:

DocuSign Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions.

Create and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflows.
Integrate DocuSign with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, etc.) using REST APIs and SDKs.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign functionality and integrations.
Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.
Proficiency in DocuSign APIs (REST, SOAP) and SDKs (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.).
Experience with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods.
Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and digital signature workflows.
Experience integrating DocuSign with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom applications.
Familiarity with JSON, XML, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

DocuSign Developer Certification(s).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with other eSignature platforms is a plus.
