Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Cambridge A Level Psychology Teacher

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that align with the Cambridge syllabus.
• Assess student performance through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
• Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and a deep understanding of psychological principles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of psychology and the Cambridge curriculum.

2. Career Counsellor

• Providing personalized guidance to students on their career paths, higher education options, and university applications.
• Conducting workshops and one-on-one sessions to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Assisting students with the university application process, including writing personal statements and preparing for interviews.
• Maintaining strong relationships with universities and educational institutions to stay informed about admission requirements and trends.
• Organizing career fairs and guest speaker sessions to expose students to various professional fields.

Essential Qualifications

• A

  Master's degree in Psychology

  is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum.
• Experience in working as a career counsellor.
• Excellent subject knowledge, with strong written and spoken skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and student development.
