Harvest International School invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented female professionals for the post of Admission Officer.

Job Location:

Ludhiana, Punjab

Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all admission-related queries.
• Manage the complete admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment.
• Counsel and guide prospective parents and students through the schools admission procedures and policies.
• Organise and conduct campus tours and virtual meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Assist in promotional and outreach activities including school fairs, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role in a reputed school.
• Language Proficiency:

  Excellent command over English and Punjabi (both spoken and written).

• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with using school ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Presentation: Confident, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
