-Installing, upgrading, and maintaining Jira software and plugins -Designing and managing workflows, fields, screens, reports, and dashboards within Jira -Customizing Jira projects with various schemas to match the needs of the business -Providing user management and support for Jira, including managing permissions and access -Creating, managing, and supporting all Jira dashboards, filters, and custom fields -Maintaining the stability and usability of the Jira system, resolving any issues that arise -Training and mentoring team members on the effective use of Jira -Documenting Jira system configurations and processes -Collaborating with other team members to understand and implement new requirements -Addressing user concerns and queries, troubleshooting any technical issues -Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements where necessary Mandatory skills* JIRA server administration.
