Overall Responsibilities:
Partner with the current team to support customers using JIRA and ConfluenceWork on service requests and incident managementConsult and teach the current team about best practicesAct as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teamsGather requirements and provide solutions for applications and integrations with vendor solutionsPrepare application administration documents, end-user documentation, and application trainingSetup, configure, and administer the JIRA/Confluence environment

Skills:
JIRA/Confluence Administration:
Setup, configuration, and administrationUser management and support for local and remote usersCreate and manage security schemes, custom fields, and configurationsInstall, manage, and administer add-ons, plugins, and extensions
Integration and Customization:
Customize JIRA projects and Confluence spaces/pagesWork with JIRA Query Language (JQL)Build and administer integrations between Atlassian and non-Atlassian applications using REST APIs
Optimization and Metrics:
Gather requirements for business processes and optimize JIRA/Confluence setups and workflowsDevelop metrics dashboards and advanced filters in JIRAProvide meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
Maintenance and Upgrades:
Implement tools upgradesCoordinate infrastructure maintenance and system migrations
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in JIRA and Confluence administrationHands-on experience with JQL and REST APIsExperience with integrating Atlassian products with non-Atlassian applicationsStrong background in user management, system access, and complianceExperience in optimizing JIRA/Confluence setups and workflows
Day-to-Day Activities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
