Jio Point Lead

As a Distribution Manager at this company located in Meerut 2 - University Road, your role involves monitoring the performance of distribution for retail outlets in the catchment territory of each Jio Point. Your responsibilities include driving customer acquisition and revenue targets through the Jio Point Manager, monitoring and managing team productivity, operationalizing all Jio points within a JC as per design principles, personally owning the performance of the top 50 preferred outlets in the JC territory, ensuring top-class customer experience at Jio Points in coordination with Device Care & Customer Care, and maintaining hygiene and governance at Jio Points. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the performance of distribution of own retail outlets in the catchment territory of each Jio Point. - Drive customer acquisition & revenue business targets through Jio Point Manager (Both inbound & outbound). - Monitor & manage productivity of the team. - Operationalize all the Jio points within a JC as per the design principles. - Personally own performance of top 50 preferred outlets of the JC territory. - Ensure top class customer experience at Jio Points in close coordination with Device Care & Customer Care. - Maintain hygiene & governance at Jio Points.
