Jio Point Lead

As a Jio Point Lead, your role involves driving channel expansion in the catchment territory, monitoring the performance of retail outlets, and ensuring acquisition and revenue targets are met both inbound and outbound. You will be responsible for operationalizing all Jio points within a Jio Centre, owning the performance of preferred outlets, and maintaining world-class customer experience. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring hygiene and governance at Jio Points, monitoring and managing team productivity, as well as evaluating and training the team and channel partners.
