Job Description

Dear Candidates,

A Sales Lead at Jio is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of channel partners and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SIM Activation & Revenue Growth:

    Achieving SIM activation targets at retail outlets and enhancing revenue market share by expanding retail presence and product availability.
  • Channel Partner Management:

    Overseeing the productivity of channel partners and field sales executives (FSEs), ensuring adequate training and support.
  • Inventory Management:

    Ensuring distributors and retailers maintain sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Distribution Expansion:

    Increasing the number of recharge and SIM-selling outlets to strengthen distribution networks.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitoring competitor activities and reporting insights to the sales and distribution team.
  • Brand Visibility:

    Implementing strategies to enhance brand presence and visibility within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduation in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience:

    4-8 years for graduates; 2-6 years for MBA holders, with a focus on channel sales and distribution.
  • Skills:

    Strong knowledge of products and market dynamics, channel sales expertise, team and relationship management, target orientation, and customer focus.
