Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team and lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery retail, team leadership, and store merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a personalized, premium shopping experience.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of various jewellery collections, precious stones, metals, polki, kundan, jadau, gemstones and diamonds.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain client databases.
• Ensure the display is appealing and up to brand standards.
• Conduct regular stock checks and help with inventory management.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and securely.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of fine jewellery, including gold, diamonds, and traditional styles (Kundan/Polki preferred).
