Jewellery Sales Executive

You will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom and assisting them in their jewellery selection process. This will involve showing them various jewellery items, explaining product details, and helping them make informed purchase decisions. Your role will also include maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom - Displaying and explaining jewellery designs, quality, and pricing - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends and types - Handling sales transactions efficiently and accurately - Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in jewellery showroom sales (gold, diamond, silver, etc.) - Strong communication and presentation skills - In-depth knowledge of jewellery quality, types, and industry trends - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations Benefits: - Competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 50,000 per month (based on experience) - Performance-based incentives to reward sales achievements This is a full-time position located at [palace road].
