Job Description

Position: Senior Sales Executive – D2C Jewellery Brand

REQUIRE ONLY FEMALES

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, guide, and support junior sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram.
Engage with customers through calls to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
Handle walk-in customers at the showroom with personalized service.
Manage end-to-end online and offline customer interactions to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Track customer feedback and coordinate with the team to improve service quality.
Maintain product knowledge and communicate features, quality, and value effectively to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
