Job Description

As a Jewellery Sales Associate in Surat, Gujarat, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product features such as gold and diamond quality, hallmarking, purity, and pricing. You will also be in charge of maintaining showroom display, stock arrangement, and inventory records. Achieving daily and monthly sales targets, managing billing, POS operations, and basic computer entries are crucial aspects of your role. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer queries politely, and ensuring cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are key responsibilities. Your qualifications should include being a 12th Pass or Graduate with good communication and customer-handling skills. A presentable, polite, and professional personality along with basic computer knowledge is essential. Any prior experience in jewellery sales would be an added advantage. Your ability to work in a retail/store environment is also necessary for this role.
