Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Ornate Jewels, Kota Experience: 1–3 years (Jewelry or Retail Sales preferred) Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers in selecting jewelry, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (gold, diamond, etc.). Explain product features, pricing, offers, and customization options. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewelry collections and promotions. Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities. Prepare sales invoices and ensure smooth billing and delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Ensure cleanliness and proper display of jewelry at all times. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Key Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good product presentation and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of gold and diamond jewelry (training will be provided) Polite, professional, and customer-centric attitude Sales-driven and target-oriented Familiarity with billing software is a plus
